Additional Information
Grants are awarded subject to the recipient agreeing
to:
- publicity
- spend grant in current financial year unless otherwise
agreed
- use for purpose detailed in application
- completion of monitoring returns if requested
- provision of bank details if requested
- provision of constitution if requested
Decision:
Applicants will be advised in writing within 7 working
days of the meeting of the result of their application.

What happens to your application?
- Applications when received will be acknowledged.
- On receipt applications will be sent to panel members.
- You may be asked for further information to support
your application.
- Panel meets and decides on grants to be awarded.
- All applicants advised of the panel’s decision.
- Successful applicants invited to accept the conditions
of the grant.
- Cheque sent following receipt of signed acceptance letter.
Appeals
All applicants will be given written and verbal feedback
on their application after the panel has made their decision.
If an applicant is unsuccessful they will have the right
to reapply to any future panel meetings.
If an applicant wishes to reapply they will be offered
additional guidance on the criteria.
If the applicant is again rejected or wishes to challenge
the decision the applicant will need to submit a written
report providing the grounds for their appeal which will
be considered by the Board of Directors whose decision will
be final.
